
The baker is balking at the idea of making a chocolate aka untraditional Croquembouche wedding cake! The individul puff pastries are usually filled with cream and then fused together with caramel. I want this pièce montée to be dripping with yummy dark chocolate and filled with chocolate cream :) We have a year to convince him! You really have to bribe and butter up the French to do anything out of the ordinary:)
